Bicycle or component purchased from Grand Performance:
No warranty submission fee.
We sold the product, so we’ll happily work with the manufacturer on behalf of the customer.
If there’s a valid warranty issue within one year of purchase:
We will cover all labor costs to re-install the product and related parts.
We will cover any shipping charges.
If there’s a valid warranty issue outside of the first year from purchase:
The customer is responsible for all labor costs to re-install the product and related parts.

Bicycle or component NOT purchased from Grand Performance: *If the product in question was purchased elsewhere, but we’re also a dealer.
$45 warranty submission fee.
Sure, we can help, but there’s a fee. We didn’t sell the item originally and we won’t be compensated by the manufacturer in any way for our time.
The customer can be encouraged to process their warranty claim with the original dealer, which is what most manufacturers recommend.
The customer is responsible for all labor required to re-install the product and related parts.
