Grand Performance Policies:

Warranty:

  • Bicycle or component purchased from Grand Performance:  

  • No warranty submission fee. 

    • We sold the product, so we’ll happily work with the manufacturer on behalf of the customer. 

  • If there’s a valid warranty issue within one year of purchase: 

    • We will cover all labor costs to re-install the product and related parts. 

    • We will cover any shipping charges. 

  • If there’s a valid warranty issue outside of the first year from purchase: 

    • The customer is responsible for all labor costs to re-install the product and related parts. 

    • 0

    • The customer is responsible for any shipping charges. 

  • Bicycle or component NOT purchased from Grand Performance: *If the product in question was purchased elsewhere, but we’re also a dealer. 

    • $45 warranty submission fee. 

      • Sure, we can help, but there’s a fee. We didn’t sell the item originally and we won’t be compensated by the manufacturer in any way for our time. 

      • The customer can be encouraged to process their warranty claim with the original dealer, which is what most manufacturers recommend. 

    • The customer is responsible for all labor required to re-install the product and related parts. 

      • Don’t need help installing the product? No labor charge! 

    • The customer is responsible for any shipping charges.
